Church work day + Being contenders

Two weeks from this Saturday is our annual spring workday, 8:30am-2:00pm on April 8. We need as much help as possible! Please take a look at more details below and if at all possible block out time on your calendar to come join in.

Ladies – please also take a look at the Baskets of Blessings opportunity below.

Spring Life Group Session – Happening this week!
It’s not too late to get connected with others at BRBC and go deeper. Choose a group close to home and begin to grow in and with that community of believers! Visit the Welcome Center on Sunday or brbible.org/lg for group contact info.

Church Workday – April 8
Please make every effort to come out for the fellowship and great bonding time to beautify and maintain our church property—come for just an hour or the whole time, 8:30am-2:00pm. There is a long to-do list! Key tasks will be leaf clean-up, spreading mulch, servicing and fixing equipment, and indoor cleaning. This is for all ages and abilities! Lunch will be provided. See full details on the City.

Baptism on Easter Sunday – April 16
Our April baptism is scheduled for April 16, when we celebrate Jesus’ resurrection! If you or someone in your family wants to participate in it or future baptisms, email Brittany (). Parents, we have an excellent workbook that helps kids understand the meaning of baptism. Contact Regina Gossage () to get a book and learn more about the process.

Baskets of Blessings Churchwide Outreach – Help Needed
Ladies, do you have a heart to bless moms in our area who may not yet know Jesus? We need some extra hands willing to help out on a limited basis with a few tasks to make our next churchwide outreach a reality! We’re looking for those who are willing to pray, make a supply run to get items for the baskets, help assemble the baskets, and/or man the table when baskets are passed out to BRBC folks. If any of these roles catch your interest, please talk with Brittany or email .

Contend for the Faith
Pastor Jack introduced us to a new series from the book of Jude about living what we believe. From Jude 1-4, we learned that we can “contend for the faith” by rejecting lifestyles which deny Jesus and that how we live moment-by-moment is the most reliable indicator of what we really believe. Listen to “Contend for the Faith.
