Ghana — prayer update

From Stephen, needing prayer for recovery from malaria . . .

“For ten days now, I have been taken ill. I went down seriously with malaria. I went to the hospital and had lab test which shows I had malaria parasites (mps 2 plus). And also Stress. I am still on medication and will be seeing the doctor on monday for another test to see if the parasites has come down. It is the worse malaria I have ever had in my life time. According to the doctor, it is the stress that cause the parasites to go high.

“I am thankful to God for His healing. I will also have to slow down with some of the activities.

“Our days of fasting and prayers in the churches had been very beneficial. One young girl gave her life to the Lord during the period of their fasting and prayers. Three young men in one of the villages gave their lives to the Lord two weeks ago. These young men age between 24 and 30 are noted thieves in the communities. It is amazing how the Lord touched them and they gave their lives to the Lord. I send them three Bibles.

“I will appreciate your prayers for total healing from malaria. It has taken away my energy and appetite for food.”
