Everyone (member or regular attender) is encouraged to attend the Potluck and Annual Meeting this Saturday, September 19, starting at 5:30 p.m. Come together with your church family for fellowship before the meeting and to hear all that God is doing through His people here. Childcare will be provided for ages 3 to 12 during the meeting. For the potluck, please bring a main dish for 10 and a salad/vegetable or dessert.

LIFE Groups Resume
It’s not too late to join a LIFE group for our Fall 10-week session. The bulletin flyer on Sunday will provide a list of groups or you can get information on the website.

Looking for Baby Shower Hostesses
Women’s Ministry is looking for ladies who are willing to host a baby shower in their home for the numerous babies being born in the coming months. It is our church’s tradition to honor every baby born or adopted to families in our congregation. If you would like to help us honor these moms and babies, contact our baby shower coordinator, Megan Rafalski (megan.rafalski@gmail.com).

Clothing Exchange & Giveaway
It’s time to get rid of those clothes that no one in your house is wearing and to share the clothes with others. That’s what happens at a “clothing exchange” and it’s happening here on October 15 & 16, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The giveaway is on October 17 from 9:00 a.m. to Noon for the community to share in our abundance. Details for participating are on The City > Calendar > October 15 or contact Courtney Shipe (allshipesandsizes@gmail.com). Clothing drop-off must be limited to October 15-16.

Children’s Ministry Need
Many thanks to those who are serving our children during both worship services. We are still in great need of helpers during the 11:00 worship service, especially for the 4-8 year old class, from 11:25 to the end of the service. To volunteer on the rotation schedule, contact Regina Gossage (gossagefam@aol.com). Volunteers must be at least 14 years of age.

Joe Holman, our missionary in Bolivia and our former senior pastor, shared from 1 Corinthians 12 concerning the importance of all parts of the body working together for good health. The same translates to our spiritual health in the Body of Christ. What “part” are you and where are you needed to keep this church body healthy?
