Membership Introduction Class – October 2
Interested in becoming a member of Blue Ridge or just want to learn more about us? Come to the introduction class on October 2, 9:30 a.m. in the library. The class is offered on the first Sunday of each month and is the intro for the self-paced online portion of the course.
Awana Wants to Share the Fun with More Kids
The 20th year of Awana at BRBC has resumed successfully, BUT there is room for many more kids! Consider sending your children ages 3-14 on Sundays from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. for Bible memorization and teaching, and great fun. Our goal is to reach boys and girls with the Gospel of Christ and train them to serve Him. For further details, contact Earl & Geni Hall at .
Annual Clothing Exchange & Toy Giveaway
The clothing exchange is a time to get rid of those clothes that no one in your house is wearing and to share the clothes with others. It’s here on October 13 & 14, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The giveaway is on October 15 from 9:00 a.m. to Noon for the community to share in our abundance. Details for participating are on The City, the website, and the bulletin flyer Information cards are available on the foyer table to hand out at Purcellville’s Town Tag Sale on October 8.
World Missions Potluck – October 16
On October 16, Dr. Luke and Nancy Cutherell, our missionaries in Pakistan, will be with us for both services. The World Missions Committee invites everyone to attend a potluck after the second service to hear more from them. Our time with them is always very encouraging!! Bring a main dish for 10 AND a salad/vegetable or dessert to share.
