    • Volunteer for setup/teardown: Do you like helping behind the scenes? Another way to help others meet Jesus this season is to help make Christmas Quest happen, so folks have the opportunity to hear who Jesus is. We need lots of hands for setup on Dec 20 and teardown on Dec 23.  Sign up HERE

    • NEW – our county is asking for help! Volunteers Needed to Deliver Meals to Homebound Seniors: If you can volunteer just two hours of your time weekly or monthly, you can make a difference in the lives of vulnerable Loudoun seniors. The Home Delivered Meals Program (HDM), administered by the Loudoun County Area Agency on Aging, urgently needs volunteers 18 and older who will safely deliver nutritious noontime meals to individuals confined to their home. Drivers are needed weekdays in Ashburn, Leesburg, Purcellville and Sterling. HDM volunteers use their personal vehicle to deliver the meals along a specified route.
Email angela.lambert@loudoun.gov or call 703-771-5984 to volunteer.
  • Mobile Hope of Loudoun (disadvantaged youth) Liaison: Jennifer S | Send email
    • Donate Diapers (sizes 5 & 6) & wipes, paper towels, or toilet paper. They run every week when passed out at 20 stops made by their mobile bus.
    • Drop off at their office, Mon & Thu only (741 Miller Drive, Suite F, Leesburg, VA 20175). Or email Jennifer S and she will deliver them.

GIVE FINANCIALLY

This impacts both those in our community and those within our church family! Specifically, your giving is making support possible for: our world missionaries and those they help, the staff who are your local missionaries, local ministries such as Tree of Life and others, and a lot more. Gifts designated “General Offerings” go toward our budget; gifts designated “Benevolence” or other designations are above and beyond the BRBC budget. Thank you for being the means through which God provides!

CARING FOR & SERVING WITHIN BRBC

Let’s remember—care starts within our church family! Do you have a need? Please don’t hesitate – reach out to the staff by emailing the office, or contact one of the pastors or life group leaders directly.

  • Ask yourself, who may be in need? Think of older couples, single moms, those with compromised health, those whose paycheck may be affected, etc
  • Check-in with someone via text or from a distance (emotional wellbeing)
  • Pick-up groceries or other items as needed (physical care)
  • Offer to pray (spiritual care)

How can people in the many different roles and states of life come to the aid of others who might be in totally different roles and stages? What tips, tricks, and resources can we put forward to help us all as we adjust to the new normal?
