Baptism Celebration and Chill & Grill – July 29
On Sunday, July 29 from 6:00-8:00pm come enjoy our annual churchwide Chill & Grill picnic at the Lovettsville pool, with the added celebration of baptism! Will you please help us get an accurate count for food? (Plus space is limited.) RSVP here on the City, or RSVP using the flyer in the bulletin on Sunday! Visit the table under the logos at the back of the sanctuary on Sunday with any questions or to drop off completed flyers.
BRBC Worship Security Team
Did you know that our church has a security team and a policy concerning weapons on the premises? We do! Our team is comprised of both armed and unarmed volunteers. Team members who carry a concealed weapon on BRBC premises must meet three criteria: they must be a church member, an active law enforcement officer or a Virginia concealed carry permit holder, and they must have been authorized to carry by BRBC leadership. Virginia law requires that all three criteria are met. For concerns or questions regarding the BRBC weapons policy, contact elder Alan Bigler (" class="uc">). Praying Together
14 of our BRBC teens and 8 host families are reaching many kids and neighbors through a second week of Backyard Bible Clubs. Let’s continue praying that the gospel goes down deep into the hearts of these kids and families and produces lasting fruit. Living Well with Intentionality
Continuing in a summer series on “Living Well,” Pastor Jack preached from Proverbs 1:20-32 and how we must deliberately turn toward wisdom, we can’t drift into it. Living well requires a humble intentionality of pursuit toward Jesus. Listen to “Living Well with Intentionality.”
