This Sunday and next Sunday, the ages for Ridge Kids (dismissed after singing) is expanded up to age 11. If you would like to send your children downstairs with Regina Gossage for age-appropriate teaching, please be sure they have check-in stickers or please accompany them downstairs to get stickers. Elder and deacon candidates & church budget
The elders recommend to the congregation the addition of Andis Sraders as elder and the reelection of Tim Murphy to a new 3-year term, as well as Tom Abdoo and Tony Cavicchi as deacons. Please take time to review biographies and, if you do not already know these men, consider introducing yourself on an upcoming Sunday! Another opportunity to meet our elders and deacons is at the Town Hall meeting on September 9 at 6:00pm. The Town Hall is also when we will have a time of discussion about the budget.

Gospel Project, Promotion Sunday, Fall Schedule – Sept 2
A LOT begins two weeks from now on Sunday/Sept 2: Join us at 9:00 before Sunday School for donuts and a fun start to the fall! Sunday School for all ages will occur at 9:30am. All classes use the Gospel Project curriculum, which teaches the beauty of how all Scripture points to Jesus. Parents, this is when your children will move up a year; watch for info on room locations. We encourage all adults to consider being a part of the class with elder Tim Murphy! At the 11:00am service, Ridge Kids will be dismissed after singing.

Fall Ministries Launch – coming soon!
Life Groups, Youth Group, Young Adults, Ladies Bible study, Moms’ Connection, Awana, and American Heritage Girls restart in the coming weeks! Be on the lookout over the next three weeks for more details on each ministry, including start dates and contact info.

Living “Well”
Continuing in a summer series on “Living Well,” Pastor Jack preached from Proverbs 4:20-27 that our hearts are wells. How do we guard them? Two key ways are through guarding our speech, as what I say is an open line to my heart, and by keeping watch over where I go, what distracts my eyes. Listen to “Living ‘Well.’”
