There are tons of ways the Local Outreach team needs your help to make this event happen. Check out the UPDATED list of volunteer needs below and sign up where you can help! 

#1 Sign-up for the seminar – registration opened in early July at brbible.org/rw
Lots of tickets available! 

You can purchase a ticket for yourself, yourself and a friend, your family including teens 16 years and older.

Go to www.brbible.org/rw to read all the details. The “purchase tickets” button is near the top of the right column.

#2 Host a yard sign – Sep 1 through October 19. (Pick-up is October 19-20.)
50 folks needed for this!

Do you live in a place that gets foot traffic? Car traffic? We need our church family to help get the word out about this cool seminar by putting a yard sign in their yards! The sign comes with a heavy duty H-stake which is easy to push into the ground. The sign has a QR code and our URL on it so that people can easily obtain more details and register for the seminar.

#3 Distribute our community event announcement flyers (or post to social media groups) – happening now. Pick up is October 19-26
As many folks as possible!

Can you approach the manager of the stores or coffee shops or gyms (etc) you frequent to ask if they will post a flyer announcing our community event? Are you willing to ask the store managers in the shopping area in your town?

Our “store packets” contain 8.5 x 11 inch flyers that stores can tape to their glass window/door or post on a bulletin board. We also have the 5 x 8.5 inch cardstock handouts that can be placed on community bulletin boards using a thumb tack, so that a handout might be taken and read at home. Imagine the community board at your local library or Giant store.

#4 Hand-write name tags for registered participants – October 17 or 18

If you have easy-to-read lettering, we need help creating legible name tags for our preregistered participants! We will not receive the list of registrants until just before the seminar. Please sign up if you can be part of this special behind-the-scenes-team!
