2 more babysitters needed ASAP! We need 2 more girls to help provide childcare during our Tuesday morning ladies Bible study at the church. It’s from 9:15-11:30am. The study starts next Tuesday/September 11 (through Nov 13 and then will continue after the new year). Pay is $20 per morning. Contact Jan Murphy ().

Life Groups Resume – Week of Sept 9
Re-connect with your church family through Life Groups—or better connect by joining a group for the first time—and be encouraged and grow! See a list of groups on the church website, or see the flyer in the bulletin on Sunday. 

Awana year restarts – Sept 9
Online registration will close at midnight, Friday/Sept 7. If you miss the online registration, you can complete a walk-up form the first time you come to club on Sunday/Sept 9, 4:00-5:30pm, just give yourself an additional 15 minutes. Online registration is available here.

Moms’ Connection – Sept 13
This group is targeted at encouraging and equipping moms in their God-given roles. Join us this Thursday from 9:30-11:30am—our topic is “Kids and the Gospel” and we’ll do a fun craft together. Moms of all ages are welcome! Childcare is provided. See more details here and sign up at the table at the back of the sanctuary on Sunday, $10/today or $15/Thursday.

Young Adults fall launch – Sept 14
Are you a young adult (high school graduate) who wants to get plugged into community and grow in your faith? Do you a know a young adult who does? Join us each Friday night at 7:00pm as we hang out together and grow in our walk with the Lord. We will have a time of worship, discussing the Word and encouraging one another. See the City or talk with Stuart or Anna Vermaak at the table at the back of the sanctuary on Sunday!

Tree of Life Ministries Volunteer Introduction – Sept 15
This is an opportunity that’s part of our Kingdom Calling focus, to be a part of the restoration Jesus is already starting to bring, here and now! Attend Tree of Life Ministries’ bimonthly Volunteer Introduction program and learn how you, your family, or your Life Group can volunteer with TOL. The next intro session is Saturday/ Sept 15, 9-10:00am. Call TOL at 540 441 7920 to learn more.

Great Things service & church vote – Sept 15
Join us this Saturday for worship, a ministry year-in-review, votes on elders/deacons/budget, a fun coffee & tea bar, and root beer floats for the kids! 6:30-7:45pm only. We want to pause to note all the great things God has done in and through BRBC in the past year, and also commit the coming year to Him! See the City event to RSVP for childcare please! The proposed church budget for the next fiscal year, as well as photos/bios for elder and deacon candidates are on the City here; come with questions to the Town Hall this Sunday/Sept 9 at 6:00pm (quad).
