We will also recognize in particular those who faithfully serve during our Sunday services on our Attendance, Kids Check-in, Security, Sound & AV, and Welcome Teams. Praise God for the way He designed our local body of believers to function together and bless and serve one another!
Flock to France Fundraiser – July 29 & August 5
Nothing says you care like a flock of flamingos! Help support the short-term missions service team to Normandy, France by flocking your friends and neighbors and following the fun on the City at #FollowTheFlock. Stop by the table at the back of the sanctuary on Sunday to order your flock! Not a fan of a pink lawn? Not to fear! We are also selling Flamingo Deterrent to keep those pesky birds away! Membership Orientation & Celebration – August 5
Do you consider BRBC your church home? Then come to our next orientation at 9:30am in Room 104 to get started on the membership process, or just come to learn more about BRBC! Already been to the class? Let Brittany know () if you’re close to finishing the self-paced City material and join us Aug 5 to celebrate your new membership!
Cross Training – August 19 or August 26
Cross training is our annual event where we desire for each person who calls BRBC home to get trained up for ministry to our church body! Pick either August 19 or 26, 5:30-7:30pm, and come for free dinner for the whole family, childcare, and training. Take a look at the bulletin flyer on Sunday or the City for info on different ministries! RSVP using the flyer and drop it off at the table at the back of the sanctuary. Questions? Trust—Part II
Continuing in a summer series on “Living Well,” Pastor Jack preached from Proverbs 3:13-35 and concluded that self-preservation through wrongful means can forfeit wisdom’s blessings. Our challenge is to consider, what do we do when we’re frustrated, feel injustice, feel threatened? We want our response more and more to be to trust our great God!
