High School DNow Retreat – January 27-29
DiscipleNow (DNow) is an in-town, weekend retreat at Purcellville Baptist Church and in BRBC homes. Cost is $50 for meals and a t-shirt; see more details on the City. This is the final Sunday before the sign-up deadline to give forms to David Parker; or forms can be brought to youth group or emailed to him before January 20. More host homes are needed! Souper Bowl of Caring – Churchwide Outreach
This is our churchwide outreach for the beginning of the year – plan now to participate! Our goals are to begin (or continue) to establish relationships with our neighbors and to feed the hungry through the collection on non-perishable food. How can you be a part? Pastor Jack picked up our Hebrews study, “Pressing on to Maturing,” with Hebrews 12:1. What is God’s training program for an enduring faith? Lose weight, eat right, and train for endurance, not speed. Learn how to apply each of these training tips by listening to “Our Charge: Endure!”
