Satisfied 2019 – November 24
Come a week from this Sunday evening, November 24, for our 2nd annual night of thanksgiving and worship, 7:00-8:00pm only. Prepare your heart for Thanksgiving and enjoy the songs we’ve learned as a congregation these past months! Whether the holiday is a good time for you, or one that requires effort to be with family, let’s join together and remember who we’re supposed to go to to be satisfied.
Christmas outreach opportunities – due back November 24
We’re heading into your last week to pick up a gift tag or pack a shoebox for our Christmas outreach opportunities! Be sure to visit the table at the back of the sanctuary Sunday to get involved and be a part of blessing children around the world, or local families in need, next month at Christmastime. Sunday/Nov 24 is the deadline to bring back your gift or shoebox. Looking for a personal connection? Volunteer with Tree of Life to wrap or pass out gifts; see brbible.org/kingdomcalling for specific serving opportunities.
Life groups on break – starting Nov 24
Next week will finish our first 10-week Life Group session! Life Groups will be on break starting November 24 until the week of January 5. Ladies’ Bible studies will also break until after the new year. Plan now to join with a smaller group of believers in the new year and be encouraged together. During this break in our schedules, may we be prayerful and intentional to create space in our hearts and lives to encounter Jesus as we approach His advent.
