Some Ways To Serve Our Church Family

You may have noticed that we have been blessed by numerous births in the last few weeks in our church family. We offer some meals to each family to serve them during this time of adjustment and physical healing for the moms. Perhaps because there have been so many at once or maybe because it’s the start of the holiday season, there are several slots still available for meals for three of our families. Would you consider helping out? Even frozen meals which you could prepare ahead and give them anytime or even take-out would be appreciated. Log in to The City to find the links which take you directly to their individual meal schedule. Thanks!!

Praise & Prayer
Praise Him that BRBC and the Awana families collected 277 shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child last week! Please pray that the boxes will be providentially matched with each child, and for them to receive Jesus as their Savior.

Pastor Jack had us think through the difference between correction and discipline as it relates to the church confronting sin within the body. His message continued in our study of 2 Thessalonians 3:14-15, as well as Matthew 18:15-20 and I Corinthians 5:19-13. Download “Correction vs. Discipline”  to see the overall purpose is restoration, not judgment.
