This Sunday, we’ll recognize and praise God for all of those who have been serving as Sunday School and childcare volunteers for the entire school year! We’ll recognize in particular for those who provided childcare for Life Groups this whole year and enabled those groups to succeed.
Also, as we remember the service and sacrifice of our military this Memorial Day weekend, please pray for their families, for our country and its leaders, and for spiritual revival in our churches.
Ladies Spa Night – June 3
Ladies, join us for a Spa Night on Sunday, June 3, from 7-9 pm. We will have foot massages, hand wax, facials and mani/pedi stations all set up to spoil you by fellow Blue Ridge Ladies volunteers. Wear flip flops so you can maximize the opportunities to love on you. Sign up on the City or in the back of the sanctuary on May 27 or June 3.
Calling All High School Grads – deadline May 28

Vacation Bible School Registration – June 3 & 10
Plan now to participate in “Shipwrecked: Rescued by Jesus” VBS, from 9am-12pm the week of June 18-22 for ages 5-11. Cost is $20/child ($50/family max). Leaders and helpers (youth and adults) are needed! Register at the table on June 3 and 10, downstairs by the kids’ check-in room to participate or to help. Kingdom Calling alert: Baby bottle campaign for Mosaic VA – May 27-June 17
For this month between Mother’s and Father’s Day, we have a unique opportunity to join with our local crisis pregnancy center, Mosaic VA in Lansdowne, and help raise awareness and support for their ministry to expectant moms, babies, and families in our community. Interested? See more details on the City and visit the table in the upstairs lobby under the missionary map to pick up a baby bottle to take home with you, fill it with change, and bring your filled bottle back to the church office by June 17! This is a great team project and visual for kids, families, Life Groups!
