Two Easter reminders & this week’s info

Baptism on Easter – It’s not too late for adults or teens to participate in our baptism service on Easter. If you have been wanting to make this public proclamation of your faith in Jesus Christ, Resurrection Day would be a great day to do it. Because of special preparations that kids need to complete, it’s too late for them for this baptism, but there’s always the next one. Please contact Debbie Stevenson () immediately if it’s time for you or someone in your family to be baptized.

Easter Sunday Pancake Breakfast
The Road to Romania Team is sponsoring an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast for the congregation. Bring your family and friends to the quad room from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. only. Gluten-free options will be available. Please, please, please RSVP on The City by March 22 or sign up at the team table on Sunday.  When you RSVP please indicate the number of people in your family who will be eating. We want to make sure there’s enough food for everyone. Cost is fair donation only to support the team’s projects.

Register for Annual Women’s Conference
Ladies, registration is March 20 & 27 at the back of the auditorium. Complete information is on The City or brbible.org. The bulletin flyer has the registration form to bring with your payment to the table.

Good Friday Service & Easter – March 25 & 27
Please come and worship together at our Good Friday service, March 27, 8:00 p.m. We will reflect on the sacrifices made by our Savior, including having Communion together. This brief service is for the whole family; childcare is not available. Easter Sunday is our regular schedule, including Sunday school classes.

Women’s Coffee & Conversation – Our next monthly fellowship for women is March 28, 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. hosted by Jan Murphy (). RSVP on The City or email Jan.

Dinner & Auction Gala – April 8
Please join the Romania team for dinner, and a fun live and silent auction on Friday April 8, 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The evening includes child care with food and activities while the adults enjoy a nice dinner, and browse and bid on home goods, unique services and valuable collectibles up for auction. Tickets are $15 per person ($10 per child) and are for sale at the team table in the foyer. All proceeds will go towards the team’s summer projects in Romania.

We finished Hebrews Chapter 3 with Pastor Jack’s sermon entitled “The Pain of Unbelief”. When we live our lives without the stability of faith, it leads to a downward spiral ending in total unbelief and its inevitably bad consequences. The benefit of being accountable to others who can exhort us to continue in our walk of faith is beyond measure.
