Baptism signup – deadline February 1
Mark your calendars for our first baptism of 2020—Sunday, February 16, 6:30pm! To participate in baptism, signup here by clicking the baptism image. February 1 is the deadline to sign up or to have your child complete the baptism book.
“Souper” Sunday – February 2
Show your support for our Awana kids, as they invite you to bring canned soup & food donations for the Tree of Life Ministries food pantry on the day of the Super Bowl for “Souper” Sunday. Leave canned items in either lobby. Popular items: canned soups, chili, canned meats, jelly, canned/boxed potatoes, cereal, breakfast items, baked beans, canned tomato products, etc.
Homework Helpers outreach interest meeting – February 5
In February, BRBC has a cool opportunity to start helping out with a homework club at one of the low-income apartments here in town. Do you have a heart for kids, teaching, or serving local needs? The Chosen Servant
Continuing in the book of Isaiah, Pastor Jack taught from Isaiah 42:1-17 which is all about Jesus! Jesus as God’s chosen Servant is a powerful reminder of God’s character of mercy toward us, as well His ability to bring transformation: light from darkness, sight from blindness.
